A Short Pause for Puppies

We will have a short pause of Lean/Kaizen workshops until May 2023 to care for ….. not a few, not 10, but 20 puppies! Performance Frameworks was planning a launch of our new Lean/Kaizen workshops in late January 2023 - but along came puppies.

In late January our Standard Schnauzer girl Helen had 9 beautiful Black puppies. Patsy, not to be upstaged, followed up with 11 puppies 3 days later! So in between feeding, cleaning and looking after 20 puppies, we will continue to develop learning material, be available online, talk to our network, and plan for workshops, learning programs and implementation projects from mid-May 2023.

In the meantime, we will apply our Lean, Kaizen and Process Improvement skills to the care of lots of puppies, and we will let everyone know how we have applied Lean/Kaizen to raising puppies.
